How easily you tossed in, "I'm getting married this weekend" mid-sentence, during our recent talk.

We will create products that brilliantly represent the gifts of your generation to clients who are hungry to see and hear that message. It will be part and parcel to your brand and will be an automatic takeaway for every audience member lucky enough to see you.

You will be trained and well-suited for keynote speeches, headline entertainment, consulting, coaching, writing, and guest lecturing. There's another TEDx in you and we'll work with a special member of my team to draw it out and book it.

Everything we do will be an intentional move towards the goals we set and the mission we serve.

Strategic Growth - You're doing great work, Christophe - and what you've accomplished in a very short time in the business is the stuff of legends. 

Now it is time to transition it to center stage. I've often said that what we clearly ask for shows up - and never in a package we expected. 

As a coach, my job is to see that you sculpt the vision into reality by assuring that all arrows are aimed at the target. 

We'll use the combination of our past experiences, connections, recommendations, and network to steadily increase your position and value so that you are making offers that are in alignment with the trust you have earned in your market. 

And I must say that the starting blocks your feet are in will give us a solid foundation for takeoff.

Changing the World - My job is to hold the biggest possible vision for you. I see what you are going after to be nothing less than revolutionary. 

And while you never need to think about that, know that at least your coach will accept nothing less. My guess is that your new bride also holds this vision for you - and having that internal and external foundation means that you'd have to want failure for this not to work. 

Regularly pushing you in projects and actions that render change will connect you with more of the opportunities that increase your bottom line of joy and satisfaction in your life. And that's what every member of your audience really wants.

There are dozens of ways you can justify your stories or spend your time. In business, just like roulette, there are only a few numbers that pay off. There is one question that I'll ask every session that cuts through the clutter and gives you clear direction in what steps you will take to hit your target.

If you are paying to be held accountable, you will do whatever it takes to complete what you have agreed to. If you're like many of my clients, you'll exceed your commitment and get it done well before the deadline. That performance double-whammy will earn you a lot of money, more trust in yourself, and better relationships with your clients.

You can go down into the forest so deep and not see a single tree. You can easily turn off praise or criticism from friends and peers because you have nothing invested in their comments. As your coach I have your permission to be objective and help you look at not only the possible options in front of you, but the ones you can't even imagine.

Someone who knows you this well has the ability (and permission) to call you out when your balance gets wonky. Ever drive a car with the tires out of balance? The ride is very shaky. You can focus on work all day and your returns will diminish without balance. There are at least 9 areas of life touched upon in coaching and your trust in the process allows you to place those little balancing weights for maximum traction.

I remember when I first considered hiring a coach. I wanted it so badly and contemplated the cost of having such a 'luxury' in my life and business. After the first month of working with my coach, I put into action several ideas and projects that earned me 5 times his annual fee. I know in my heart that you have those ideas and next year at this time I don't want them to be sitting on your hard drive. 

There is 10% you know - and 10% that you know that you don't know. In every one of our sessions together you'll be gifted with gems from the other 80% that you don't even know you don't know! Getting clarity, accountability, objectivity, and balance on those possibilities - and alternative scenarios - will keep you on track and give a return on investment that you never imagined.

My coaching program is for 6 months. You'll immediately see tangible and lasting change in your life and build on it every day. After 6 months we can renew the agreement, or take a break.

We have sessions 3 weeks/month with one week off. This regularity demands that your intentions get your attention and create the progress you have demanded of yourself.

We cut through stories, negative thoughts, false ego, and attachments to anything  holding you back. Many coaches won't do this for fear of losing a client. It's the fulcrum of our relationship. 

The part of me that knows your business inside and out is a value proposition you won't find in any other coach. Need a contact, introduction, or recommendation? As your coach, I do whatever it takes for you to not only see the next rung of the ladder, but also to step onto it with solid footing.

Our sessions can go into areas of life that you might have never spoken aloud. Breakthroughs happen by tearing down the walls that keep you captive in your current box. The safety of our container will never be violated and that allows for the deeper work that allows you to show up bigger.

While our formal sessions are scheduled for 3x/month, you'll also have access for spot coaching and support as needed. When you're stuck or feeling unsure, my coaching, real-world experience, network, expertise, and focus will trigger an instant shift in your thoughts, beliefs, actions, and results.
