After more than a dozen years of running ShowBiz Blueprint (18 cohorts!), a lot has become very clear. While the training is rock solid, the on-going implementation, growth, messaging - and a dozen other key factors - often leaves alumni feeling lost and alone.
For the first time ever, we have built a solution and are excited to offer it to Alumni of ShowBiz Blueprint who attended Beyond the Blueprint.
While the Alumni Facebook Group has been adequate water-cooler for Alumni to ask questions, it has, on all accounts, been a watered down version of what's possible.
The real transformation has always taken place in direct coaching of a single member who is at a crucial decision point. And honestly, that is best-suited for direct coaching (on a call, via video feedback, live Q&A, Implementation workshop, or in special spaces reserved for specific topics).
It's a fool's game to attempt valuable coaching on a platform that exists solely to learn behaviors and give advertisers more data to sell stuff.
The Facebook Group was always free to all alumni and will remain so. The Backstage Mastermind allows you the opportunity to have skin in the game - month after month - and demand more from yourself, your team, and your business.
Inside the Mastermind
The heart of the coaching program is our Collection of Spaces that are named for the topics they contain. You will post all relative information (see the post instructions in each Space) and our coaching team will follow up with written, video, or audio feedback on your next step. It's up and available to you so that you never have to wonder, or guess, or go frozen.

The pipeline is ground zero of a healthy business and in this Space we will focus 100% on building yours - including ways we didn't cover in Beyond the Blueprint.
Proposals
Nothing comes in if proposals don't go out. Proposals are the moment of truth for your prospects. Here we will make those shine and course correct in a debrief.
Pricing
Price is rarely, if ever, the problem. Especially if you are working with your Right Fit Client. And pricing is one of the simplest parts of a business to fix. Remember, price is a line item.
Positioning
This is about your current and future self. The past is what it is, and in this Space we will be able to follow, coach, and challenge who you are in your market - and your life.
Playing Bigger
This is more than a word we toss around. Way more. This is Swinging For the Fences with coaching, challenges, risk-taking, going for the yeses that hide in the land of no.
